Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a service and handling charge equal to 35 percent of the ticket price, up to 30 days prior to the conference date. No refunds will be given if your request is made less than 30 days prior to the conference date. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent by email at events@greenactionsummit.com or by fax at 1-866-666-0538. No credit will be given for late notices or no shows. If you are unable to attend the event, you may send a substitution in your place. The Green Action Summit reserves the right to rescind any registration and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates, locations, times, and agendas of the 2008 Green Action Summit conference program are subject to change.
